Low frequency loud exhaust type sounds when coasting or when brake pedals engaged

    Ive noticed some awful low frequency noise coming from my truck only when coasting under 1000rpm or when the trucks in gear with the brake engaged

    if I put the tranny in park it stops or is not as noticeable.


    I know the repair guides give tips for identifying sounds but I just moved and my guides packed in some container I havent gone through yet

    Has anyone had an experience like this?
