Truck started idling lower than normal yesterday and when I started it today I heard a noise from the belt. Sounded like a wet belt squeak from the cab but when I popped the hood sounds more like something slapping something when the belt comes around or maybe a specific pulley is looks or squeaking.

Gojng to try and upload a video of the noise I don’t see anything obviously out of place I’m thinking it might be a seizing idler pulley? 42k miles trd or 4wd

    video should be here:

Sounds like a bad serpentine belt . Have heard them fail at low miles .
