I should probably try to start a list of Low Offset (say -25 or less) or Low Backspace (3.5" or less) wheels that will fit the 1st Gen Tundra.

Part of the problem is that the vast majority of wheels produced for Toyota products are for the Tacoma, but a 17x9 -38 wheel on the Tacoma is very aggressive (sticks out way beyond the fenders), where as on the Tundra it's only marginally so (flush with fenders).

Some of us want the more aggressive, wider stance, but don't want to run huge tires, long travel kits or spacers to get it.

So, without further ado, here are some wheels with aggressive offset/backspace that will fit the 1st Gen Tundra:

    Stealth Custom Series F5 17x9 -38
    Stealth Custom Series F5 16x8 -25
    Stealth Custom Series S6 16x8 -25
    Stealth Custom Series Ray 10 17x9 -38

    RRW RR6-V 17x8.5 -25 (maybe?)

    Method - MR10579060538B Size: 17x9 Bolt Pattern: 6x5.5 Offset/Spacing: -38mm/3.5"

If you find other options I'll add them to this list.

i want to run big tires, max out tire height and wide stance with my 2" lift. Your tundra looks like it got some big tires. Can I go with your suggestions to get 285/70/16 or similar? What do you have on yours.
