Bringing back an old thread, then warning lights just happened to me. On a gravel road going 10mph. Stranded till Toyota comes to pick me and my pregnant wife up...joy.

Turns out there was a piece of plastic (tiny piece less than .5cm in diameter) stuck in the throttle body keeping it open so the truck couldn't idle properly. They removed that, disconnected the battery for 30min, and everything was fixed.

What was/where did the plastic come from?

Did something come apart under the hood?

They never figured it out. They had my truck for 2 days as they looked for the source and didn't find anything.

This just happened to me. Both sensors came on and off. Any word on the result of your situation?
