Low tire warning

    IMG_5079.jpg IMG_5079.jpg Can someone explain how the low tire warning works. I have 2 tires at 26psi but only one is highlighted as low.

    It's probably not liking the pressure differential left to right. ABS would take care of it, but they (the systems engineers) might think that there might be some pull under braking depending on conditions, tire, etc.

    As a test, you could pump up the right rear tire to 31psi and see what happens.

    Check your door sill. My sticker said 31psi up front, 29psi in the rear. Your back may still be within allowable limits.

    I should have prefaced this by saying my Tacoma was a 2nd Gen.
