So you're saying aftermarket LCA are no good b/c the ball joints don't last yet you installed Moog ball joints in your OEM arms? Why not get the complete Moog arms at that point?

In 2015 I damaged a BJ by driving over a curb and replaced both oem BJs with Moogs.

In 2017, my oem bushings were shot. I got the Dorman LCAs to avoid vehicle downtime. Rockauto did not have Moog LCAs at the time; plus, it was believed Moog LCAs had low quality BJs. Turned out, so did Dorman’s.

Looking at my maintenance notes, I did make a mistake - the Dorman BJs had 20K when I noticed excessive play in both BJs, and I deduced they probably needed replacement by 5K.

BTW, I didn't say aftermarket LCAs are no good.

If you’re planning on keeping the truck another 10yrs buy some OE arms there is not an aftermarket ball joint that will last that long.
