It's just aftermarket. You shouldn't have any trouble with it.

You may have problems just popping a new one back on. Toyota Warranty purchased me a whole new bumper and valance, after they tried to replace just the loose original valance with another brand new valance. pain in the ass to deal with but they finally got it done.

Unfortunately in Texas the State doesn't require a Crash Report for accidents occurring in parking lots. You can still fill out a Texas Crash Report CR-2 Form for your records and submit it to your insurance company. The State no longer accepts these forms but it is still beneficial to document the crash for your records.

Call your insurance agent and tell them what happened. Ask them if it is worthwhile to open a claim with them or not, and just fix it yourself (if it was a larger $ repair job or there were injuries you would definitely give it to your insurance company so they will deal with your claims and then go after the other driver and their insurance company for reimbursement). Insurance companies track the number of "opened claims", costs, etc and your future insurance rates/coverage will be impacted. Some companies will even drop you after "X" number of claims. If your insurance agent is any good at all they will give you the best insurance advise for a particular situation, your coverages, deductibles, etc.

Arb summit bumper. Morimoto led headlights and new grill. Grill and lights have sequential turn signals.
I have that part. Kept all the stuff that was removed after putting on a arb bumper.
Have the crush pad behind it also.
Let me know how you plan to proceed.
Keep in mind shipping and I'm a over the road truck driver, home on weekends.

So if a homicide occurred on private property they'd use the same excuse? LOL.
