Lower control arm bolts are seized, is it worth replacing them and the bushings for more caster?

I have TC UCA's and want to push my caster forward to clear 295's next. I don't know exactly what my caster numbers are but the LCA is as far back as it can be. I took it to a shop hoping for an alignment and caster upgrade, only to be told the bolts are seized. They estimate 3-4 hours of labor + parts, so I might be looking at $400 or more.

Is it worth it or should I just live with how it is? Part of me is worried it's going to lead to additional issues/costs.

For reference, here's two photos that show where the wheels sits:

If you don’t want them to rub, seems like the only option.

Ya.... I have a CMC but even with 285's the clearance is very close and it does rub on the cab mount occasionally.

The same shit everyone else has.
    10000% worth it

Pushing them forward will give you a ton more room. I run 285s with no chop thanks to being able to push the wheels as far forward as possible

I am in this same boat. When I did my lift a few months back, the alignment shop said that one of the bolts on the passenger side was seized. Needless to say I was not only surprised, the truck is only 4 years old, but kind of pissed. Since I'm currently on 265s I decided to leave it as is for now. I'll probably just replace the whole lca assembly on both sides this fall.

Here are my numbers. Little surprised about caster as that seems higher than recommended here. He said to disregard the initial numbers since he already tweaked it.

The over all cost was worse than anticipated. Never want to do that again!

Mine were seized too after my lift. After wearing tires prematurely, I decided to replace them. The front ones are sleeves and the back ones are just bolts through the bushing. My back ones were fine so I just did the front. I greased the bolts and sleeves good when I reinstalled them but now mine keep loosening up.
I'll be back in for my third alignment in the next couple of weeks.
I just can't stand only getting 30,000 miles out of a set of Michelin Defenders.
My problem was camber. My tires were noticeably out at the top and some things moved around so my toe was in way too much.
After your alignment, make some marks on your alignment cams with a paint pen and keep an eye on them for several months.
    I'd bite the bullet now.

I cut mine out and replaced with new hardware and white line bushings with the TC cam tabs and it has been way better since i did. If you have TC lowers just get new hardware and cut them out man regrease and anti seize. Sawzall and good blades helps.

Honestly seems fine to me. I went out on the interstate and didn’t notice anything. Do you guys think I should ask them to redo it and target 3-4?

Not sure man i run 255/80/17 so i dont Have the probs. Are you mid travel with those TC lowers? Who installed them? I thought They were supposed to help with this. Caster seems high but if it rides nice i dunno. Do you have premature tire wear?

I would dump the old factory stuff and either replace with factory or Moog control arms and Toyota hardware.

Ahhh ok i read That wrong. I have Dirt king boxed uppers and no issues. Have you checked LCA bolts and how they are sitting cus you might be pushed back and they are seized there. Also check front and rear cam tabs to see which are seized and if any tabs are bent.

Oh so you already replaced seized bolts and bushings? If so what did they use?
