So I took my truck in to get an alignment yesterday and they weren't properly able to align it. The shop believes that my LCA bushings are seized up. So I have a couple questions for the people of TW.

How can I tell if they are actually seized or my alignment shop is full of shit?

If they are seized do I need to replace them or is there a way for me to fix it without getting new bushings?

and another IF I have to replace them any recommendations on where to get new ones?

I'll do the work myself, just want some input from the masses.
