    I was working under the truck and I saw the lower control arm with grease leaking is this normal it’s 2017 with 3inch lift

    That's the lower ball joint, not normal. Looks like the boot split. Not exactly a dire situation but it'll need to get replaced eventually. If enough dirt/debris gets in with the joint it can cause it to fail

    Just a leaking ball joint boot. I see them all the time under cars. Prob caused by normal wear and tear. If you think it’s a problem, grab large channel locks and give it a good squeeze. If it moves, then it’s bad. Until then, you’re ok.

    Since there's no way to add grease to the OEM ball joint, eventually the joint will get dry and wear out. Just keep an eye on it and check for play every oil change (lift the truck up by the frame until the tire just clears the ground, put a pry bar under the tire and pry up).

    Toyota doesn't sell the ball joint on its own, but you can buy a Mevotech TTX ball joint inexpensively: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=10670268&cc=1431544
