Does anyone know if this portion of the lower grill is removable WITHOUT taking off the front bumper cover?

    Also, is there a step-by-step?

If you want it out you have to cut it out and also take off the bumper, but I dont know how that would affect the fog lights

Reviving this thread as I need to do the same. After installing an SSO Slimline I couldn't use my existing Rough Country light bar and had to remove it. Now I need to replace the cut panel. Can this be swapped without removing the front bumper? Thx.

Any luck here? I just smashed mine and need to replace it. Hoping it’s not as painful as it seems.

Honestly forgot. My bumper has been long gone. Think i had to break the old one off and the new one snaps in.

I believe they snap in from behind the bumper. They are replaceable however at about $45 from the dealer
