So you think should go with 2in extended length or standard one . Looks like the mount is about an inch thick also. Appreciate you sharing your knowledge .

Guess I need to find out my ideal ride height. first. Thinking around 3/3.5 inch drop in the front. Probably want 600 ppi springs so my teeth will not chatter on a pothole too bad. Like @Torspd said the shorter the length the more stiff you must be to not bottom out.

You know what length you came out to be on the ohlins?

I do not remember the extended length of mine. I may have a sheet at home. May. I'll have to look when I get back later on.

So measured static height 18 3/16
Extended 20 1/2 . Might be inch or so less depending on were center of eye sits on new coilover and mount So guess need to talk to @easts1d3 for custom lenght . Just need to take into consideration the mount thickess.

Yup I got 18 3/16 as well. Are you on the TR lowering kit?

Also @easts1d3 the stock springs are little over 4 inch diameter. And the trans axel from the stock stand off distance is about 1.25 inches. I’m not sure if this is same distance whether wheels straight vs turned?

Looks like y'all have made some great progress in here. I'm standing by to see updates on the cv axle fitment. I think I'm gonna try to keep mine at 2" of drop for the sake of cv angles

Looking at that graph above. Is the OEM Tacoma 540 relating to the spring rate?

I put them on yesterday and they seem to fit. The only thing I’m worried about his tire size. I’m thinking a 225/40r19. Does anyone have any experience with the size wheels or have any input? Thanks

@hemitruk do you know anything else about this front spoiler. The picture looks like one piece but is it just the two sides for the 12-14 xrunner?

I know the guys in Puerto Rico make there own too .
EDIT Looks like the red and the blue one are the same . I believe they make it out of fiberglass. Looks one piece on blue one . 2011 down lower grill different from 2012 up .
pic you can see lower grill seperate from spoilers and angles out .
If you wanted to add one you would have to use 2011 down one .

I’m probably gonna keep my 2008 front spoiler and install a splitter underneath. The trick is make the stock front spoiler/air dam continuously flat all the way across for the splitter. So it looks like piece @hemitruk
