True True my Sierra when i dropped it rode like a dream
But my old B2200 on the other hand bounced and bottomed everywhere
I don't expect stock handling but shouldn't be to bad the xii coils ride pretty good by itself the control arms shouldn't mess em up much if any
im ordering the DJM kit monday so hopefully all goes well still gotta switch my parts off my reg cab to my new access cab
Hows the camber you get the truck aligned or running em hard?

Naw not one dumb question but definitely not with a sawzaw
Fastest way is a plasma cutter and after just grind down any sharp spot you can also drill holes where the corners of the notch will connect and use a grinder to cut out the straight lines of the notch

Sawzaw you would bend the blade but thats if you even cut through
    i hope this helps

angle grinder. easier to use, plus gets into tight spaces very nicely, just don't be afraid of the sparks and make sure you take your time - rule of thumb, don't just go at it on where you need to cut. grind in a little groove on the line where you need to cut, helps keep your cut straight as well as helps cut into the frame easily v. just going at it and wasting disc after disc after disc.
Keep the spark guard on, I used to take it off but there were times when the direction I had to cut, the sparks would only go in my direction (at least with the spark guard, you can angle the sparks to fall to the floor).

lol nah you'll be fine. the tank is plastic so if you do "knick" it a little it's fine BUT you will be cutting no where near the tank to damage it. When your installing, lift up the back enough so that your not arching/"squooching" around all the time from spot to spot. imo, it's annoying at kills off your energy/motivation at times (does for me, but then again I'm doing a lot of the mods myself).

yup balls joints already installed will be the way to go. It took over 10,000 lbs to press in the lower ball joint son a shop press! I did the upper ones by hand. But its a pain in the ass. Then you can at least swap everything back in real quick and sell the djm stuff if you ever decide to revert back to stock.
