    Are you bagging it fully or just the rear? Front is dif cause its like a fwd but not. Also depends on the type of rider you are (i.e. do you treat her like a truck, drive around on sundays, only take her out to play).

    When I finally get to the rear I want to do it without bags so I have nothing to worry about. I'm not commuting much in my truck anymore. When I do its 60 miles a day. Use ing the bikes for that mostly. But i drive my truck like i stole it!! It takes punishment!! Lol

    Well then lol. Look into how beefedtaco did his bolt on 4 link. Just cut to getting coil overs and focus on traction. If you go with bags now, when you want to switch, you'll have to cut/weld additional parts later.

    My truck is officially out of commission for the next week half....... went under the truck to regrease the leafs and I always do an inspection of everything making sure there are no problems. Ive seen a brown dirt line on my frame before and freaked out thinking it was a crack i touched it bt felt nothing but today when I checked I saw the line and this time i got closer and BAM!!!!!! cracked like a dayum egg........ Passenger side only.... I will not drive the truck till its fixed. Already talked to a fab guy here and Ive been waiting for work to be done from him but its hard since he fabs on weekends and has a day job. But after talking with him and showing him pics the truck will be seeing him next friday.... the frame will be fixed and a new taller notch will be welded reinforced and boxed so this never happens again.... fml :(:(:(:mad::mad::sadviolin::anonymous::goingcrazy:

    Shitty thing is that it happened on the opening that is factory on the frame I hated this from the moment I made the cuts for the notch and saw how it meets right with that dayum hole....... I believe it possibly could have been from bottoming out with no bumpstops but in general that shouldn't happen..... add on the fact our frames are then and very flexible....

    Gotta open the crack with a cut off wheel past point of last break. Re-weld and then reinforce the area, usually by plating one or both sides.

    Yes its fixable.my friends x had his djm.notch cut.wrong.and installed wrong and cracked.both sides of the frame way worse than mine and it got fixed exactly how Phil said gotta open and re weld the notch ill be getting is taller with added plates on the outside and fully boxed

    The shit thing of the djm kit is that hole in the frame the notch goes right under leaving that part of the frame expose and add the fqct i bottom out sometimes bam crack
