My parents have a 2013 that had something like 22k on it when I saw it at the end of the summer. Guess they clock in at under 4K miles a year haha.

14.5 k miles on my 2010. Bought new and stored indoors. I drive otr big truck and the tacoma is driven a few days every 3 to 5 weeks. I keep it on a battery tender. No issues mechanically or cosmetically. It still has the orig battery. Tpms sensors are still working but tires have finally aged out and I'll swap in the spring.

A low mile taco means you aren’t driving it enough. These are made to be driven, not garaged.

Not meant to be driven in the salt.......unless you want to see your frame dissolving before your eyes.

I got my 08 DCLB With 30xxx august 2018. Old man who had it before me averaged 3k a year. Went to adjust the tilt on the steering wheel the first time i drove it and the plastic cover was still on the lever. Thing was mint. WAS mint :anonymous:. Sometimes before I do something really stupid, I think about how well the old guy took care of the truck. Then I stop being a pussy and just smash through muddy fields. Sitting at 45xxx Today. Bitter sweet to see the miles go up! :burnrubber:

My 2006 Tacoma is over 13 years old and the batteries in my Tpms are still good, maybe they will outlive the frame?

Looked at autotrader and you can find 05s with less than 20k one had less than 10k, this is a good argument for being willing to travel to get that unicorn especially with rust concerns I’d be looking in south and desert Southwest for a low mileage truck.

they both have 70k. The silver one is a 13' 4x4 with the buttery 4 speed automatic, which is owned by a friend, and ive got the 2wd white one 5 speed life.
The only problem i have is a belt squeal around once a week, his T case makes bad noises if its used for more than a few mins.
Milage is just an indication, its up to the actual equipment the conditions it goes through
