    LS Swap
    I used a stock Silverado Radiator with an expansion tank and an electric fan. Temps stay at 190.
    Im using a Walbro 255lph
    I used the stock GM harness that I re worked with the GM PCM
    Rear diff is stock right now. Would probably go with a 9"
    TKO 500, I would do some research on this but I think your will need some work to get it to fit. A T56 might be worth the headache.
    You can make factory gauges work. I got mine to work using both the stock Toyota and GM PCM signals.

    @munkeywrench,
    Thanks so much for the understandable reply! You’re a gentleman and a scholar also sounds like a damn good mechanic! Would it be possible to post or send a photo of the radiator? The installation from top & bottom would be sweet too!
    My understanding is CFS has a HD drop in radiator it’s a two core and from what I read they are not quite as efficient as a larger single roll but I don’t know crap!
    I really want a wide ratio 5 spd. As they have a lower first gear. I’m not doing the install, above my skill level and don’t have the proper tools. IDK if you know what low mileage 2TR’s are going for but you can almost purchase a new creat motor for the price of a used Toyota motor. It’s crazy what they are selling for on fleBay. I only just turned 26k with service records not something that’s a salvage from a flood.
    Anyway Thanks I really appreciate your help!

    Hay

    My experience. They’re lifetime warranted. First one leaked from a weld defect. Second one leaked from a cracked weld. Third one weld cracked the entire length of the end tank top to bottom. They’re made in China. Perhaps I got 3 bad ones in a row. I would never buy one again, seeing how I don’t call replacing radiators a fun way to spend my time.
