    Transmisssion crossmember is back. 10 hour turnaround. Tomorrow is final assembly of everything, then hopefully Tuesday is first start!

Archive Garage rear towers/shackle flip/SUA. King Air bumps. King LT Coilovers in front. King 12x2.5 in rear. ARB rear air locker and twin compressor. SCS f5's with 33" Ridge Grapplers. 20" S8 mounted in bumper, squadron sport fog lights, squadron pro backup lights, LP6's bumper mounted.
    yeah I just did Holley fuel rails and added an external fpr.

    Working on estimates for driveshafts to be made. Tonight I'm going to get measurements for a Ron Davis radiator. I think I'll have room in front of the motor for it, but we'll see. I'm going to hang fiberglass and headlights and grille and see how much room I have.

    yeah just depends on how far back you where able to push the engine.

    The Ron Davis is 7.5” wide including fans, plus my condenser, so 8-8.5” wide total.

    It was way easier than I was imagining. Had to add a coupled diodes for the 12v switched sources since I used the same circuit for both. Other than that, super straight forward.

    I used to sell a fully fabricated boxed crossmember for the 2wd auto 2nd gen Tacoma. It was a very complicated and lengthy build process so the price-point I had to sell it at wasn't affordable to most customers unfortunately. Wish I could sell it cheaper but it takes 2 full days to make, I always ended us losing money on it actually haha.

    Ill still build it, but its costly.

    Picked up a radiator today.

    Thursday of next week I’m dropping the truck off to have a front and rear driveshaft made for the truck!

    Got in touch with AAPAK, a local AC company here to have some AC lines made for the truck. Just need to get the radiator and condenser mounted tonight. Im hoping there's enough room for it all...

    Welllll no shot the radiator fits up front. Condenser could, but then I’d need two sets of fans. F that.

    both are gonna go in the back. Don’t really have an option.

    Keeps rocks from puncturing the rad/evap. Not a horrible thing, but Im scared I won't be able to get it done before Thursday for my driveshaft appointment. Im struggling to find the correct size hose in a long enough length. Need 1.5" ID hose.

    Can't find some stainless steel tubing, or aluminum ? Got to be a local supplier close to you. Metal Supermarkets, Steel Supply, etc...

    Most long runs that I have ever seen are hard, then with soft connectors where necessary. Probably because it is easier to attach, and won't sag where it shouldn't.

    Ultimately, your choice.
