Give them a call though. Make sure. My first front mounted Ron Davis started leaking after a few years, due to the flexing of the front end. After contacting them, I learned that my purchased radiator was meant to be mounted in a very rigid location. Not in front of the engine where the the chassis flexes a lot. They made me a new one for the front that matches the OEM mounting, and that has now been working perfectly.

Well im sure it'll need rubber isolators no?

And the last radiator, I mounted it using the fan shroud and radiator flanges. Whats the better way?

Called them, they reccomend a u channel structure lined with 40 durometer neoprene. I wish my fab skills were better...

@snowsk8air2 I gotta get this radiator in then I think I’m good to go up there to cinders. I’ll deal with the oil leak later.

Just enough room up front for the condenser.

    IMG_5934.jpg

You vs. the guy she told you not to worry about.

    IMG_5932.jpg

Working on a solution to mount this up.

    IMG_5935.jpg

Waiting on some clamps, but the intake wraps around to the side now since the condenser is there.

Another thing I didn’t take pictures of, I got rid of the ghetto Lokar shifter, and picked up a nice winters shifter like the real trophy trucks, lol. But now it shifts so smooth and the engagement is perfect. Just need to build a center console now, lol. Idk how to do that yet.

There are some guys on this forum that do really good printing. @BassAckwards just had his cup holder/shifter slot made. He can direct you to the member that printed that. Maybe that guy can help you out?

Yeah I’d he’d be willing to I’d love it.

I’m basically just want my current console turned into a flat top. Maybe I can do something with fiberglass.

I think I'm going to take the center console to the bandsaw and cut the ridges off, then fiberglass the center console flat. I'll probably mutlilate it in the process, but add it to the list of skills I learned through trials of fire first.

Who's the resident AC Expert here? I need to get the connections for the evaporator core. Ideally they'd be adapters. @Dm93 Do you know anything about this?

    Yes
fiberglass will not adhere to the plastic and fiberglass is a lot easier than plastic to work with so you are better off using the current one to make a mold. it is extremely easy to do just buy some mold release and lay up a couple layers of chopped matt over it then use that as your mold for the new part then mod the new one however you want
