What’s funny is I work in Rio Verde and I get asked all the time about the water issue. It’s just the foothills, from 136nd street east to 168th street. East of 168th is on epcor. But everything you said about Scottsdale is right on the money. And the people of Scottsdale (not all but most) are complete jackasses. Especially north of the 101.

I didn’t know there was a meet Thursday, but no unfortunately it’s not running or driving yet. The motor is sitting on the floor in the garage.

I’ve kicked the idea around of swapping my 3rd gen in the future after doing the LT. What do you need to get it back together?

Waiting on my front long travel to get here and have it all installed before I weld in motor mounts. I don't want to do it now and risk it inferring with the steering slide rack when it's time for install. Besides, no motor makes it waaaaay easier to install suspension stuff right now.

    Oh, Damn.
There’s a video on YouTube where they show how to install the kit. They use a HiLux for the demo vehicle.

Any chance I could get you to do some measurements on the rotor? They are saying it’s a custom made rotor and sorry to say I HIGHLY doubt it! I’m sure they used an off the shelf rotor then built custom brackets for the calipers. Plus if they had custom built rotor it would cost them a HELL of a lot more money because it would be such a limited run part!
Pretty sure they say that to make you buy replacement parts from them! (sorry) nice scam… Now I not trying to be negative or start anything but that’s BS.

Sinch cable around inside metal closest to gear box, pull cable taught but leave slack on opposite end, insert 3lb sledge into loop on opposite end, give a good wack in opposite direction of truck (obviously ).
    Should pop right out:thumbsup:
    Benefits are as follows-
    Super cheap
    Lightweight
    Doesn't take up storage room
Can be used on a variety of axles
Can be used on random whatever (pulling that stubborn broken bolt out)
    Makeshift lock for spare tire
Don't have to waist money on buying a specific tool
It really works! Ask me how i know (i can give you about a dozen answers, not all mine:bananadead:

Sorry on the late response :anonymous:

LT is officially shipped and on the way over. Cant wait to get eyes on it and take a look! Gonna be pretty sweet. I think im gonna wait till the truck is back from the shop to install my rear brakes. Might even wait till the truck is running to do it.

I need a press, and the one I used for my diff is at my friends shop. Might as well just drive it there and do it.

Thats an expensive work bench! From experience, you really don't want to have to re-felt that thing lol. Loving the build man, keep it up:thumbsup:

Well I ordered a second set of fiberglass fenders from Adv Fiberglass. 6.5" flare, 4" rise this time. Old ones are 4" flare and 3" rise. This new kit is WIDE as fuck. Needed the wider glass. anyways, my current set are for sale here, local pickup only. great condition.

So do you know what fuel pump you are going with for supplying the GM power plant?
Also is it return less system or a return system. Damn now that I think about it I don’t even know what the OEM Toyota system is… $h!t that’s embarrassing.

Secured a new OEM rack and pinion. Gonna throw the JD FAB nylon bushings in it. Good to get started on installing LT. Just waiting for my appointment over at 454 Motorsports.

Where did you find that R&P. Been looking far and wide for new OEM and seems it’s all on back order thanks to Wuhan flu
