Honestly dude, I don’t have the space, time, energy, motivation, or money to deal with this truck anymore. It’s always gonna be something with it.

Got a hot water heater, some rotopax, traction boards, and propane mounted in the trailer tonight. I still need to figure out the battery box situation. And all the wiring needs to be done nicely. Ordered a step down converter to power the propane water heater off of 12v instead of two d cell batteries. Also finally got a working 12v power supply for Starlink.

Yeah pretty much. I have a water tank, 960AH batteries, switch pros, the rest is storage. I want to get a dometic fridge to put in there as well as make a little shelf for my black stone

Actual facts. I like the creature comforts and features of the third gen more but the second gen drove way better stock for stock.

No longer. I’m done with being a car guy.

And I’m a firm believer in if a vehicle is available from the factory in stick, that’s the only way it should be bought.

Alright I’m tired of people wasting my time expressing interest in this thing then ghosting me. I ordered the parts to get the truck fixed. New hood on the way, new trans output gaskets, when that’s fixed I’ll get the windshield changed out.

Sooooo discovered something. My tcase adapter bolts backed out of the transmission, dumping all the fluid. May not have even pushed a seal out at all. 454 was kind enough to take a look at this thing for me again, he’s gonna squeeze me in sometime in November to see what happened up there. Good news is, this thing will be running, driving, new hood, and new windshield by the end of November hopefully. And also means the price of this truck goes up. Any suggestions on price? I’m thinking 45k???

Also waiting to get my 3rd gen and my raptor on the 454 schedule, both of them need fender mods.

the raptor is the wife’s truck, so I think I get a pass there

and my new 285/75/16 KO3’s rub. I didn’t think 32.8’s rubbed on these trucks but I guess I was wrong. And I’m not buying another set of tires when it’s a couple hundred bucks to pay a professional to trim the inner fenders and make it look really really good.

You’re right, this shit is in my blood, but I’ll get my fix helping buddies out. I threw a set of king’s on my buddies GX550 OT+ the other night. Also king was a little retarded on that, they did their development on the LC250, which doesn’t have EKDSS so the resi brackets interfere hardcore. Waiting for them to send out the revised parts. The 3d printed one? I think so, I’ll have to see if it’s still in my garage.
