    I have been working on a pretty sweet Third gen at the shop for a while now. Its a full kill build so Id figure Id post up the work that I have done. And many of you guys are gonna like to see this truck. Welding was done by someone else at the shop. But all the other fab work was done by me.
    It begins as a
    2016 Tacoma Trd Sport Double Cab Bone Stock 4x4 Auto
    The List of parts consists of

    Body
    Front Mcneil Fenders 6" Cut to fit.
    Rear Glass works Bedsides.. Note they are 05-15 Besides but are currently being modified to fit the third gen tail light.

    Lighting
    Top Light bar is a KC Gravity Pro 6 Bar. Custom mounts.
    Four KC Flex Spot Lights tucked in the front fender above bumper.

    Interior
    Full 2" Cab Cage to fit four Full size PRP Seats. With 5 Point harnesses.

    Wheels and Tires
    Race Line Avenger 17x9 Beadlocks.
    Toyo R/T 35x12.5x17

    Front Suspension
    Our LSK kit with Fully Fabbed Spindle
    King 2.5x8 Coilover 3.0x8 Bypass 2x2 Bumpstop

    Rear Suspension
    4 Link Suspension 24" Of Travel The truck's wheel base was shorten and ran short bed bedsides.
    2.5x16" C/O
    3.0x18" bypass
    2.0 Bumpstop
    Stock axle trussed and gusseted
    30 Gal Fuel Safe Cell
    Single Spare

    well...I can't speak for anyone else but I know I kept my OE rear end because at 46 years old I have outgrown my useful pole dancing / man whore income potential years... so some financial considerations had to be made :/
