LT Front suspension question...

    So I dont have too much money to spend at the moment, but need to get rid of my rubbing on my front tires. I was thinkin about getting a small Ready Lift to fix that for $330 installed. Now after I have the spacers installed, would it be a bad idea to have them installed with the LT System when the time comes. Or should I removed them before install?

    3 inch suspension lift, night shades corner and blinkers projector headlights with halos and 3 led's 18 inch kmc xd rockstar wheels,275/65/18 kelly safari tsr's, bush whacker fender flares 7 inch touch screen, 2 kenwood 12's, Magnaflow exaust single in dual out,
    you will have to get new coilovers for your LT as far as i know.
