Will LT265/75R16 BFG All-Terrain TA KO2s fit on my 2015 TRD Sport double cab? Or should I go for a smaller tire. Costco has a great deal I want to take advantage of. Thanks in advance...

Assuming you don't have the 17" sport wheels and have the trd off road 16" wheel the 265/75/16 will definitely work.
Ran those on my trd for a few years

Originally I had the Kelly Safaris (they are Duratracs under the Kelly brand). Had them for a very long time and they were totally worn out - approx 50K miles. But the Safari/Duratracs were very loud. I just put a set of the BFG All-Terrain TA K02s on the truck (went with Mavis not Costco - same price less hassle). They look good on my aftermarket rims (265/75R16) and best of all they are way quieter than the tires they replaced.

It will fit just fine, but I will add that Costco will only install manufacturer recommended tire sizes. Stock size as I'm sure you're aware is 265 70 R16.

If you ask them nicely, they will install a larger tire but corporate only allows them to size up a certain amount, I think it was like 3% over stock or something. Apparently the 265's were too large for them to install and I had to go to discount tire. Your Costco may be different than mine, but something to think about regardless.

Discount Tire will price match, so just get a quote from Costco and take DT if you get denied.
