    Figured id post my review on the motor mounts Torspd and I installed. Pros - less weight on the nose and the response does feel better, be it coming out of a corner or accelerating from a roll. Makes engine installs a bit easier and access in the bay is better to work in. Cons - I do not like the rattle coming from the dash. I think something is loose so ill look at it and try a good quality gasket, remove whatever is reverberating, or try that sound deadener. There is also the vibrations but I can tolerate that. It is the nature of the beast. So would I do it again? If this was my daily driver, more than likely not. Since it isn't my daily I can troubleshoot the rattle and enjoy the pros.

    I’m intrigued at this build for sure. What events on MSR allows SUVs, a 4Runner at that? Last time I did a DE, my buddy couldn’t even take his Porsche Macan S on the track.

    At which course did they not allow him?

    It took some massaging to get them to accept ole Lucario on the track. He's still the only body on frame SUV that I have seen there.

    We generally do the Charity Races. They know him by heart there. :thumbsup:

    Cool, that's what I thought they looked like. Need to do something with my mounts soon, probably buy his for the motor and make my own for the trans.

    Poly body mounts have been impossible for me to come by for our trucks I have found, I did a custom job for the radiator but I think that led to major cracking in my core. Found a company that does OEM like replacements, but they are still rubber, let me know if you find something in poly, I would be all about that.

    Just gotta size them out. I plan on doing that when I'm done with having a body shop fix the gas door. A common problem on 4th gens.

    Idk if its a defect or a accelerated fatigue issue but the hinge becomes misaligned and the fuel door rubs on the body.
