    So roadkill has begun. The driver side rear banjo bolt is at an angle when fully seated on the caliper so the threaded hole and bolt are not on the aame plain. Need a new caliper.

    Initial test drive is good. This is the best the brakes on this truck have ever felt.

    Very good to hear. So no problems with the pushrod extension being too long or the wrong length? Read somewhere that someone had an issue with it being too long and not letting the brakes release.

    Two bolts to use for matching the proper length. Easy enough to find the depth necessary. Took me three tries.

    Theres a cnc piece that goes between the master and the pedal. The bolt acomadates for the cleanance difference. You just need to bolt it on and try with the pedal to get it right so it's not binding. Preferably dry with the metal plugs in the bottom.

    The oddest comparison with these brake upgrades to mine, is that it becomes a heavy debacle, to get the air out of the lines on his '09, versus my '06. Hours spent, trying to clear the lines.

    Bleeding the master, bleeding the ABS pump repeatedly, then bleeding the lines. Then repeat. Then wet a road to make the ABS kick in, doing repeated stops. Then bleed again. Then buy the cable to activate the ABS module to quickly bleed the system.

    My 06, in the other hand....quick and easy. Never had that issue, and never had the spongy pedal. Weird. Frustrating as well.

    I like the 06, and I like the T4R.

    You forgot that they over tightened the brake lines which needed fire to bust them free. I would've been ok with setting the truck on fire at that point. lol. All because toyota wanted to be cheap and keep the basically non operating drums. Who needs to stop right?!?!?
