    Hi All,
Been lurking for a bit as I didn't want to jinx it till it was in our driveway. My wife was the grand prize winner in the Keen Rugged Ride sweepstakes. We are now the proud owners of a 2016 SR5 Taco!! She then tells me that it is my Christmas/Birthday present, man I love this woman!! I have been reading the forums since we found out we won and have plans already for it. Nothing too drastic but to make it my own :bananadance:

The Taco has had quite the journey to reach us as it was purchased from Capitol Toyota in Salem, Oregon (Nate is a great guy) and then shipped to us in CT. Of course during transport the delivery company had to contend with the blizzard and other nasty weather and it took twice as long to get here and arrived while we were on vacation. And of course when we got home it was dark so I couldn't give a through look over till the next day.

So now I get a good look at it and have to day I love it! Thinking of adding Clazzio seat covers with heaters maybe black with red centers and stitching, all black with red stitching, or all black? what do you think?

Also thinking of a tonneau cover of some type just not sure yet. Then I notice this Something is missing.

Now I have read a ton of the forums but can't find the dang blasted part number for the square tube header that brings the cab end of the bed even with the side rails. I can find the part number for the end caps for it but not for item labeled #2 in the image below. It does have the cargo management rail though. If there is anyone who can help me with this one it would be greatly appreciated as every cover I have looked at references this and needing to add the foam seal on each end. I do have an e-mail out to the dealer but with the time zone difference and the holiday weekend I'm not sure how quickly they will get back to me.

Other than that I am a very happy camper. The basic stats for those that care
    2016 MGM SR5 AC
2.7 4 Banger (not worried as I don't tow much and, hey, we won it)
    Entune Audio +

And thanks to all for helping even before I introduced myself.

Now if I could just get the CT DMV to process the damn paperwork so I can actually drive it

Thanks Luca, I actually stopped by my local dealer today and they pulled it up. It shows as original on the truck but is missing and instead has the port installed rail for the tie downs. Apparently the only way to get the missing part is to order an entire bed floor assembly  I have an e-mail out to the selling dealership in Oregon. Seems stupid that you can order the end caps but not the rail itself. I will keep you all posted as I learn more.

Wow! Congratulations on the new truck
What color are the accent pieces on the doors? IMO if you do the seat covers I would try and match that color as close as possible or do all black. Enjoy your prize!

Thanks Mike, The accents on the doors and dash are red. That's why I think the red centered covers would look pretty darn good. Balance out the other accents.

Right on! (sorry, color deficient over here haha) yeah that would look bad ass, really tie it all together. May want to consider red stitching or piping rather than a whole panel in red. Might be a little overwhelming after awhile. Either way it would look great.

Yeah that was another thought of just the red stitching or black with dark gray inserts, not sure how that combo would look.

My vote would go to all black leather with red stitching. But this is your truck, not mine, just my two cents

I've been thinking that too more for the fact that the red leather centers may be a bitch to keep clean LOL

Try posting in the classifieds looking for that piece. Some of my customers have mentioned taking the factory piece off and installing thetie down rail.

Thanks all for the welcome. Hounded DMV today and the paperwork has been moved to another department and they need to find it now . I am still waiting to hear back from the dealer on the header for the bed. Anyone in Salem, Oregon work with Capitol Toyota before? That's where the Taco came from. Sales guy I have been working with may be on vacation with the holidays.
