Wow! Great to hear you came out of that.

    Quite the crash.

That Tacoma served you well, plenty others out there to replace it with.

I've seen from all the recent accidents that people thankfully come out mostly unharmed...that's why i love the tacoma.

I'd recommend these trucks to any friend instantly and of course show em tacomaworld :)

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Damn dude! Glad you were not seriously hurt or killed. I dont care what people say, head on collisions or sudden impacts from the rear are the worst kind of crash there is. In a rollover the energy is taken out on the vehicle, but in a head on collison or sudden impact to the rear, all that energy is taken full by the persons inside the vehicle.

One of the benefits of body-on-frame design: the body "floats" on top of the frame, which takes most of the crash forces.

That's good that you are okay and so was everyone else that was involved.

It is just me or does it seem like for the last couple of months that there has been a lot of accidents to members on this forum? Like it seems not really minor accidents but really serious ones?

Be safe out there everyone. Also winter is here for a lot of us so be extra cautious and what not. Parts of a car, truck, van can be replaced. Members lives can't be replaced.

Just statistics. More than 100,000 Tacomas sold in the US every year.

I know I-24 pretty well since it comes from up in KY by where I live. Is there some construction going on down around that area still causing the stop?

Glad you are alright! There are wrecks all over here as well. Its like people haven't seen rain in forever...
