Got any specs on your truck at all? Think that might be a prerequisite to giving thoughts on the issue. :D

Strike that- Reverse it (at least the 2nd Gens part) My 08 Taco is HubCentric.

And to get lug centric rims right- You have to get them perfectly seated and torqued down- Going to be a bitch but you'll have to keep working on it.

were do you feel the vibrations? is your steering wheel wobbling? if so try changing on of the rear wheels with one of the fronts to see if you can isolate which wheels is. What kind of weights are they using? clamp on or the ones that are taped to the wheel? Are they using weights on the outer side and inner side or just one side?

just to confirm, its your fronts that are vibrating?

have you checked your hubs if front?

if rear, are your axle shafts straight?

Yup can be a number of things including the tires themselves, I had a similar issue with my wheels, the shop used stick on weight but only on the inner edge of the back of the wheel. Took the wheels to another shop, the guy checked them and they appeared to be balanced from what the machine said, but he told that for them to be properly balanced weights should be on the front and back of the wheels, since I didn't want clamped on weight on the front he used stick on weights right behind the spokes and on the inner back edge as before and voila! wobbling was gone.

Also are all of your lug nuts the same or is one of them a security lug nut, this sometimes can also be an issue.
