So I understand that I need acorn or conical shaped lug nuts for these wheels. My concern is that I dont know what size lug nuts to get. Anyone help me out?

If no one answers with a specific number, you can take an OE lugnut to any parts place that sells lug nuts and test fit it to get the right pitch/diameter.
