I don't exactly have a picture but the style is called acorn lug nuts and you can purchase them at any pep boys or autozone. you see how they're flat when they sit in the lug hole? 1st gen lugs kind of taper at the backside

Those are the correct type of lugs to use on the wheels. It's a snug fit and sometimes you have to hand thread all of them and wiggle the wheel around to align it just right.

oh oh, so who is right? I'm sure you can cram either style on but only one of them is made to fit correctly.

I'd just look at the lug hole and see if its flat or not.

I don't want to bash SCS as they specialize in this stuff and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the "acorn" style is for 1st gen alloy wheels. They're what I have.

I believe steel wheels have flat style lugs.

You know what, you might be right as well. I did a little digging around and it seems like some OEM alloys do call for acorn lugs. I know that my stock alloys from my 1st gen used shank style lugs.

OP, the easiest way for us to help you is to take off the center cap and look at the lug pad surface. If it's flat, you'll need shank lugs and if it tapers in then you'll need acorn style lugs. Toyota might have used different suppliers or changed things around throughout the years.

    Update:
    SCS is correct.
I got the five spoke star first gen alloy wheels and they use the flat style lug nut with the washers, same as the second gen TRD OR wheels. The Acorn style fit my second gen steel spare perfectly.

I have 1st gen wheels and use my stock lug nuts which are the ones the op pictured and the ones Vin suggested.
