Luk clutch plate springs

Installing a luk clutch and noticed two of the four springs have a smaller spring inside. Is that normal or should the springs that are inside the larger springs be all the same size. Thanks in advance any help would be appreciated

 

I've installed LUK clutches like that and they've been good as gold

Sorry I can't provide more info. My best guess is to eliminate various order spring forces in a wider range. Same concept as two different springs for dual valve spring setups except with the clutch disk being one assembly, more variation of springs can be used without negatively impacting performance so long as they're 180* opposed which you stated they are.
