thanks brotha, I appreciate that. Yeah I’ve waited 4 weeks so far. Pretty standard for glass. We’ll see how long of a delay it is from here

Hopefully it's not too much of a delay. I HATE waiting for things I've paid for. Shipping delays are a kick in the nuts. Back when I got my bedsides I actually bought them through SDHQ even though you can order direct through Fiberwerx. I figured I'd help out local business and also if there were any issues I figured I'd have SDHQ to help me. This was 2013 but I think it was like 4-6 weeks....

yeah, I think my fronts from McNeil we’re just over 4 weeks. I live about 5 minutes from Fiberwerx so I couldn’t pass up the will call pick up. Plus they are 1 of 2 glass company’s that offer bedsides for the 1st gen short bed. So it was a no brainer.

Got everything prepped and ready to box the frame today. As soon as I held up the trail gear plates I could tell they were severely under cut. I don’t know how they fucked it up this bad but the gaps range anywhere from 1/4”-1/2”.

    What a joke.

I just emailed them and sent them the pics. The issue I foresee is I ordered the kit through 4WP several months ago in preparation the the rear end of my build as I collected everything. They might just say there’s nothing they can do. In which case I’ll probably weld them on the outside of the frame rails as overlay plates and avoid the company all together.
