so I only have had my new 2017 tacoma for about a month and the lumbar support makes a popping noise and almost feels like it’s poppig in and out whenever I lean forward and back. Has anyone else had this issue?

Mine doesn’t pop as you describe but I can feel/hear it groan sometimes.

If you can replicate the issue, take it in and address it. Doesn’t sound normal
