I didn't order the truck, I asked about their incoming inventory that hadn't yet been reserved/claimed. I called every Toyota dealership in Colorado, and Stevinson East was the only one that had a Lunar Rock on the way. They actually had two coming, so I reserved one and waited about 4 business days for it to arrive at the dealer, and then the lift kit install was an additional 3 days between scheduling and labor.

Sad day today. My Trd off road Tacoma is at the dealership with less than 1200 miles and the Parking sensor button doesn’t work. It’s been there for two days and they can’t figure out what’s going on. I’m very disappointed to the least.

No need to, you know the Canadian version I have, doesn't even have the parking sensor... it's not even an option...and I am happy with the truck.

Still waiting on mine. It's "on the train". Don't know if anyone's paid any attention to the news lately but "on the train" is not a good place to be right now. Flipping hell.

Mine is also on a train and I already purchased my plane ticket to go get it to save airfare. I waited until the train ride began and picked a full week after estimated delivery. My salesman has never seen a vehicle arrive later than that in his 5 years so I thought it was a safe bet. If it’s not off the train in the next 48 hours it could be there a long time. I wasn’t up on the news on the potential rail strike when I rolled the dice.

Mine's been "on the train" over a week. I get it - it's about 7-9 days for freight train from SoCal to Chicago (at least double stacked container trains) so I'm not feeling like I was lied to but the strike BS is my largest concern.

Assume it hits Chicago on X - I'm guessing it's to my dealer and PDI done in X+7? I have a feeling - October 15 before I see it. Which sucks because grouse opens this weekend.

My dealer says 1-7 days post train ride but it’s almost always on the lower end. It all depends on the truck being full and a driver available. Mine went on the rails Sep-26 in Mexico. 16 days later it’s somewhere in Kansas. Any chance it can get to Denver and unloaded in 3 days?

The rail strike is potential huge deal for the economy as well as a quality of life issue for the rail workers. That isn’t lost on me as I whine about a truck I don’t need yet and a potential loss of a $195 plane ticket. Still, this is a truck forum so it’s my safe space to fret and complain about my 1st world problems.

Just finished paint correction and PPF on the full front, started ceramic coating, rest will get done tomorrow. Amazing how this color sings after some love.

My wife saw an sr5 with the 4x4 badge and said it looked good. Ordered the badge from the dealer and found the measurements on placement here.

Impactful all around. Even if it is adverted, there will most likely be a slow down from all the prep leading up to it. 1st world problems for us all.

Wish the LED headlights were just a standard option. I’ll have to save up for some to install on the LR I should be picking up this weekend :D

Best $485 option imho. Congrats on your LR.
