Clean 240!

 

Joined the club today. Traded my 23 SR5 DCSB for a long bed finally!

 

Thank you but I really really wished it was clean

 

I give you credit for using your truck as a truck!

 

How well did this tow? The 240 is pretty light, but that trailer isn't

I actually cut and designed my sticker myself. I too hated the red with the LR color scheme. Turned out quite well!

 

Want to trade for some new tires like I usually do at my local Discount Tire. What can I get out of my stock tires in trade with 110 miles on them?

 

I sold mine on Facebook marketplace with the wheels for about $800 around that mile marker myself.

 

@lanchefan21 having the option to trade in your stock tires is great, however selling them privately yields a greater value. We leave the amount of trade value up to the Manager of the store.

 

I may be biased but I feel Lunar Rock looks best on the Tacoma over all the other models it's offered on.

That’s probably one of the best pictures I’ve seen on this forum. With the clouds, Beach + LR Taco. Add a surf rod and a beverage and you’re in paradise.
edit: Wait a minute, I see a surf rod. Missed it the first time for staring at everything else.

 

I would consider it fair-- The trailer is a '23 Triple Crown 7x18 steel trailer but it's pretty light for the size/material at 1800lbs empty. I typically tow to the track 1-3x a month and they are all about 150-200 miles round trip away. I strategically map my routes to remain on highways because it does not like hills without momentum, but the ~4500-5000 total weight doesn't push the truck around at all with the gain set to ~6.5 on the redarc liberty brake controller. The thing is incredibly slow but it does it. The wdh and medium black sumosprings help the sway and sag too but I'm really considering jumping to the a new (used) tundra double cab. The 5' bed is useless and I've been towing much more frequent than anticipated.

The trailer size is laughable behind this little DCSB. It was loaded a bit tongue heavier than usual in this photo because I really wanted to get out of the flash rain
