    Many have thought....few have done.

I have been Lyft driving as a temporary money-maker for 2 weeks. Overall, I have calculated that I can make about $24 an hour, 1/4 of which goes to gas (at 16 mpg).

The different responses I get to my truck are pretty funny. Some people think it's awesome, some complain that they can't get in/out. Today I had to grab a step stool out of a super old lady's apartment and help load her in the truck.:rofl:She was really cool.

Don't customers get to choose the type of vehicle that pics them up?

Not exactly. They get to pick a class (regular, plus, lux, etc.) but not the specific vehicle.

I could of sworn one of those services now said "pickup truck" for moving.

Could be. All I know is that if someone asks for a regular lyft, I might be picking them up.

Edit: and I’m sure as hell not helping anybody move.
