I have the smittybilt x2o 10k in my arb. It works, but the freespool lever is in a very tight spot.

When the time comes, I'll get the CBI Dakar Rally bumper. Lots of room to get to your winch.

For now, I'm quite happy being able to carry my winch in the bed of the truck and run it off the front or rear as needed.

Most winches should fit the ARB. You may need to relocate the control box - which will give you better range on a remote controller, anyway. I've used mine from well over 100 feet away.

Edit: controller range is advertised as 50 feet
