    I would think it varies a decent amount by location. However, I've used them twice and did the prep myself and they both came out pretty good considering the price of each paint job. I don't have any good examples of my Jeep since it was always dirty but the Prelude came out pretty good. Got destroyed by hail a couple years after though and I filled and painted it myself afterwards for the learning experience. Jeep was single stage for $200 and the prelude was $400 and had a base, pearl and clearcoat. Don't let others tell you a Maaco paintjob will certainly be bad but do some research on your local ones and see for yourself. The picture is a couple days after Maaco paint.
