    All,
I have 2004 Prerunner. Apparently I have got leaky gasket/cracked head on 167K 5vz-fe engine. I see water coming out the exhaust, and little rough idle. No overheating issue yet.

Do you anyone know of good and reliable mechanic shop in NW Houston area? I have replaced valve cover gasket by myself, but I don't mess with head gasket.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

if you truly have a cracked head. don't bother taking it to a machine shop. its not repairable. just buy one where you can. 450 for one at rock auto. plus another 110 for a head gasket set (highly recommended).

Repair shop will be fine. Machine shops rebuild motors and/or heads, not repair.
