That is no good!!! Yeah I bought the HS brake line kit for the front and rear when I did my lift I didn't want to run into any possibility of popping one.

Looks awesome! Loving the pelfrey bumper... I wish they were able to use the same thickness of hoop tubing for the aluminum as they do for the steel. The steel is noticeably thicker.

I asked Tyler once and he mentioned the steel is 1.75” diameter and the aluminum is 1.5”. I’m probably being a little OCD but I swear it’s visibly noticeable haha.

Steel. No idea the thickness on the aluminum, but the steel feels stout.

The big thing for me with the pelfreybilt bumpers is how well they are constructed. When you look from the back side, everything fits together so well. Excellent work with all the reinforcements.

Looking for outside diameter for tubing used on loops for aluminum Pelfreybilt bumpers...

PB also said they're working on another single hoop option for the 2nd gens. Should be interesting to see what that is.

Sorry about that. Meant to ask in here. How many watts of solar panels are you installing?

150 watts, that's nice. Good to have a long bed I suppose.

I'm planning my dual battery and solar system and keep going back and forth about mounting. With the Habitat, defeats the purpose of mounting on a roof. I looked and think 100W is about minimum to run a fridge and a few lights and keep the battery topped off. Have a few trips where the truck will become base camp for a few days and not move.

    Excellent work sir.
