Great lookin' truck. I like all of it, except for the snorkel.

I had no sound during the video (my problem not the video). What was the cost of the tent on top of the truck? That's cool!

 

Going to modify your Tacoma like the OP? Buy an TRD Off-Road model, not a Pro.

the tent was $3400-ish. You can get cheaper ones... mine is sort of forsale. in a year i will have a GFC so wont need this but want to hang on to it for a few more months.

 

agreed. i didnt originally set out to do all these mods... however the i cant stand the cloth seats so thats a plus of the Pro. either way you are right. its just about planning in advance. However i did sell all my TRD parts at a good price so that made much of this palatable

 

Hey, I used to modify my personal vehicles as well, so I get it. As you get older you tend to leave cars stock and do other thinks with your disposable income.

 

I get that too... But life is too short to drive a boring truck

Awesome truck and really informative video. Thanks for taking the time to do that and for posting it. I’m looking to lift my truck and put some 33 or 34’s on it as well. I gotta ask, though. What gas mileage are you getting on average?

To answer your question, right now I am getting around 15MPG as it sits. Before the 5.29s i was getting around 11MPG. so i am happy

 

His truck, his money. Not like the Pro's are uber rare or anything.

Truck looks good OP ...I almost had that same color truck in OR trim, except the dealer swapped with another dealer before I could sign the paperwork, so I ended up with SSM instead.

 

Not a bad color either!
I love my Barcelona red but lust after that army green for the 2019+
