Shoot I WISH I would've started my Taco adventure at high-school age. Welcome to TW and keep tinkering, by the time you're old like me (32) you'll be schoolin everyone else on how things work!

Pic of my first gen because I haven't had an excuse to show her off to anyone else yet today lol

I always liked the look of gen 1, yours is super clean. Sometimes i wish I had gotten a gen 1 or 2 with 4wd instead of my 3rd gen 2wd

My first pickup was a 4x4. I got stuck and immediately broke it. (toasted both the transmission and transfer, truck had less than 1000 miles on it).

Current truck is a 2WD. I don't let it slow me down. The vast majority of trails in the US are easily done by a high clearance 2WD. One can get into some interesting places with nothing but a good set of tires.

off topic but there was another guy digging hole under his house, looking for gold bars. Dug quite deep and was still digging without conclusive evidence said gold bars were even there...

Gen3's are so nice honestly. Always thought I would be a car guy but might have to get a gen3 or gen4 when I grow up just because they are so nice
