Made it

Well I finally made it to AK in my new taco!! I left San Luis Obispo, CA sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. and pulled into my driveway in Anchorage, AK at 1 a.m. Thursday. The last three hours of the drive were lit up by the brightest northern lights show I have ever seen. I don't know how many times I almost wrecked looking at them. Fortunately I didn't have too many run-ins with wildlife. I did almost hit two caribou shortly after crossing the boarder into AK though. Time for an oil change and mods!

I sure did. Finally found the one I wanted and a guy that was willing to wait for me to get there. Local people kept selling them out from under me, or they were garbage. This one had 61k when I got it! From the original owner who custom ordered it. There are better deals out there, but not many of them.
