    ABS sheet on Amazon and cut and glued it together. Fits like a glove. :p

    Looks nice - a fun and reasonably easy project too. I imagine one could customize it for their 'stuff' ... ie: handgun/ binoculars/ emergency meds/ whatnot...

    I should think about it.

    I have the $10 one as well - did the spray felt keep it from sliding around - mine is OK but it is kind of loose and I would like a tighter fit.

    Yes, it looks like its all one piece instead of a jigsaw puzzle. The OEM one is like $70. I got the spray felt from a friend who does custom interiors and it worked out well.
