    dude..of courses its 3'' further out..

    98-00 frame mount horns are 3'' further out then 95-97 and 01-04s..

    so..cut them off and weld in new plates.

    then it'll fit fine.

    My grandmother has a better memory than you.

    We conversed about this on TW and in person... several times.

    I'm going to burn through these tires until there's nothing left. Then buy new tires.

    Kind of up in the air about BFG ATs or Goodyear Wrangler Adventures (new ones with Kevlar)

    The mounting points on the 01-04 bumper lined up with all the mounting points on the my 1998 (the four 14mm bolts, the two 12 mm bolts behind the corner lights and the two little ones on the bottom of the support in front) without touching the frame horns.

    Just took measurements of my hubs to (bottom) of fender flares. For future reference after I get the lift.

    Empty bed, with the topper on.

    I measured mine for the heck of it.. My leafs aren't in much better shape than yours haha. And I don't have a topper.
