My daughter and I had a great time with some fellow Arizona Tacoma World enthusiasts on part of the Arizona Back Country Discovery Route.
Thank you all for making this a memorable weekend.
All packed up and ready to go.

First stop on the Cascabel/Redington road to air down.

    Dusty trails

Stopping on the side of the road near Mammoth for a short break and photo op.

    Trail to Mammoth

    Group pose

Driving to our camp spot, nice stream flowing down the canyon.

    First nights camp spot.

Back on the road, back side of the Pinal's.

Short halt on the back side of the Pinal's

Back on the trail winding up the mountain.

Crossing the bridge near Roosevelt lake.

    First real water crossing.

    Another night under the stars.

    Beautiful desert sunset.

Stopped on the trail to check out the Sierra Ancha Cliff Dwellings.

Beautiful canyon hike, but we never made it to the ruins.

    Squeeze through the hole.

    Water falls.

    Clear pool reflections.

And somewhere up there is a destination for another day...

Finally downloaded all of my GIAI maps for the 2nd annual AZBDR trail from last week and it showed I drove 605.3 miles for the three day trip.
