Mag lug nut question

13 Access Cab black

Finally found a set of SR5 4Runner wheels that are in my price range. I know their is a different lug nut on steel wheels vs alloy wheels.
I will be switching from steel to the alloy wheels soon, can I run the Tacoma alloy lug nut or so I have to run the 4Runner nuts.
Found several sets on eBay and on rock auto. Going on a daily driver.
TPMS will be headed to the spare or may check out the pipe bomb mod, but again I have seen where a few folks have rotated the sensor 180 with no issues. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
