Magnaflow Exhaust System for Tacoma 2016

Is Magnaflow the best Exhaust system for Tacoma 2016 , please advise, and where can I get the best price, where can I get a cool black tail pipe....

 

I had a local shop do a flowmaster set up on mine and I'm happy with it. Ended up being less then the magnaflow kit.

How much did they charge you for the setup? Thinking of doing the same so I don't have to spend 500+ on the kit. Do you have any pics and vids of how it sounds?

 

Yes please ! I might also go with the flow master is a cheaper option and it meets my needs, I hope ,,

I think I paid 240 for the work. Just a muffler and some install supplies so nothing crazy.

A buddy of mine that works for a local exhaust shop put a Magnaflow on mine. I can't really speak for the price since I only paid cost for the muffler.

It's got a wonderfully subtle growl when you floor it, otherwise it's only slightly louder than stock during idle and cruising. I'll see if I can get a video of it to give you an idea of the sound.

@johnny1019 a sound clip would be awesome! I like the look of the downward facing exhaust tip also, I'd rather have that than the tip come out of the back side of the bed. Did the tip come that way from Magnaflow or did he have to cut it at that angle?

Ok so what's the cheapest way to go, for a new Tacoma 2016 , I don't want to spend 500.00 and I don't have a friend who works at a muffler shop, just want the truck to sound louder , thanks, advice appreciated !

 

Just to reach my final decision, question- is it worth it to install a magnaflow exhaust system or any other exhaust system for that matter if you just want the truck to sound louder, so I guess getting additional horsepower is not a fact !?!,

 

Ok 2 things! First If any and everyone is interested in a Magnaflow Exhaust i can try to put some sort of group buy together...

Second the entire system is always better for performance than just having a muffler installed. Most of the time you can experience some lose of power. Almost all the system out are Engineered to give the best performance and sound . They manipulate power and sound with placement of muffler and bends in system

 

Lastly! I love the Magnaflow system I have on my 2016 it changed the power band to help the erratic shifting
