Looks good! What's your hub to fender measurement?

Thanks! About 25" hub to fender in rear, 40" ground to fender in rear. Gave it the rake back, steers better.

Just did a quick measurement, the over loads look almost 1/2", shims may result in another 1/4"? I measured again more precisely 24" hub to fender.

Just got this a couple days ago. Sadly not much time to play with it as I am about to deploy. But got some ideas of things I would like to do with it.

Holmes just bought a new Taco, I bet his ass is broke :D

Plus, what good does it do to drop all kinds of money into a truck that's just going to sit there un-loved?

Guys I'm about to buy 13 DCSB MG Sport. Bye bye 09. I want to level it out and add little bigger tire to stock wheels.(275/70/17) please point me to the right thread. Or send me a message on a list of parts.

Read. Just read read read. I spent easily over 10 hours researching the right solution for my truck.

The quick and easy answer for you would be Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks and 265/75/16 or 265/70/17 tires. But, keep in mind that if you get the TRD Off Road version the progressive coils will ride stiff if you preload them with the 5100's.

But, like I said, go do some research.

Yeah I've been reading and just said hell with it and ask for help. I'm just going to at the spacer to the front and keep tires on till time to replace them. Thanks for your help and stay safe.

^^^ You beat me to the punch

Also depends on what you plan on doing to the truck. If you need a quick fix right now on the cheap just get a spacer to sit on top of the front strut to get the nose up a little without preloading the spring. Maybe $150 and you can do it at home.

If'n you want to nut up and plan on really beating your truck you can replace all of the springs and shocks for about 3" of lift and slap on some 33" tires. Minimum buy in (without labor, tires not included) is $1100-1200.

Take your time, read the threads, and plan your build. It'll save you time and $$$ in the long run.

No harm in asking for help! The motto that I've tried to live by: "Do it right the first time." You can build off of 5100's - you won't want to build off of spacers. For a very small difference in price, I'd grab the 5100's. Now if you think you'll be going Icon or King in the near future, sure, use the spacers.

Seriously the best thing to do is read, browse other builds and as many threads as possible. Give yourself a month or two and you will be surprised how you will change your mind on so many things. I know that's what I did and I'm still changing and still haven't started modding yet... Which is mostly due to the money!!

They're still holding on! I'm not sure how much longer though, they hit every rock and mound I go over. Once I move to a 255/85/16 tire they're coming off.
