Yes, it gives the truck a sporty look. The shop were asking $2,600 for a Leer plain jane so I figured for an extra $200 I can have a loaded SnugTop.

Been reading the MGM Taco thread forever and, Finally, was able to clamp down and get a used one in my price range after a long time of searching. Went a little higher mileage (105k) for the price I could afford but I came away with exactly what I wanted. Clean 2013 Magnetic Gray Tacoma TRD Sport Prerunner with a Snugtop camper already on. Super stoked and already been looking at suspension options for weeks so can't wait to get started on that front. Only thing happened was the first ****** day someone hit and ran my car in the grocery parking lot in the driver rear and put a healthy dent/scratch and of course didn't leave a note! I buffed it out some and gonna keep working on it and noone really notices it except for me now but I see it all too clear. All I could think was it's like my moto helmets and every time I get a new one I bang it or drop it before that first ride because its bad juju and then you won't wad yourself. So I got my first banger outta the way at least.IMG_00631.jpg 20180728_065444.jpg IMG_00641.jpg Let me know what you think.

little over a year with the plasti dipped wheels. had a good run, but were finally starting to show some wear. soaked the wheels with WD40 and used a pressure washer to to get the plasti off. messed up by not taking a before pic today. I think the truck looks cleaner/sleeker just not as aggressive now. Thoughts? Definitely need to get that rear bumper color matched or blacked out.

Find a color matched rear bumper and grill. It makes all the difference.

I think its around 3, not sure.. 24" hub to fender, rear just has some skyjacker AAL and 5100's needing to swap out. With the kings in front it feels like a damn bull kicking in the rear end.

That’s a good looking set up that you’ve got. And yeah color matching the grill and bumper or raptor line the rear bumper, grill, and front bumper plastic are the options I have in mind. The chrome needs to go. Been saying it for too long. Really need to jump on that.

Ditching the chrome was mission one when I got the truck. I found a scratched bumper shell and had it touched up, then swapped out the parts myself. The grill came from Elmore Toyota in Westminster.

I’m going to plastidip the rims at some point.

Smart man. I appreciate the comment on my post too cause I got a good look at what mine will look more like as soon as I stop procrastinating.

Exact same thought for me when I got mine. I just roughed up the rear bumper and side steps , then primed/base. I sanded the front chrome grill shroud and color matched it.

Thanks! It's a stick on skewp that came with the XSP-X Edition. It had a warranty on it so I had it removed and got my hood repainted by Toyota. Lots of changes since that pic too!!

That's a really good looking low profile front winch bumper. Who makes it?
